Mini Leprechauns Cupcake Toppers DIY

Provides wished: miniature black plastic Excessive Hats, inexperienced spray paint, orange bump chenille pipe cleaners, 1″ picket beads, cake pop sticks, inexperienced sparkly card stock, scalloped circle 1″ hole punch, frequent hole punch, black pen, pink marker, scorching glue gun.
Step 1: Spray paint the miniature black excessive hats with inexperienced paint. Let dry.
Step 2: Punch out a 1” scalloped circle. Punch the center with an on a regular basis hole punch.
Step 3: Using scorching glue, secure the bead to the cake pop stick. Slide the inexperienced circle up and secure to the bead with additional scorching glue, making a collar for the leprechaun.
Step 4: Fastidiously draw two eyes and a smiling mouth on the bead. Use marker to create two cheery pink cheeks.
Step 5: Scale back the bump half from the pipe cleaner, and scorching glue it to the bead to create the beard.
